Student Loans Military Deferment
Military and Student loans?
i went to college for 2 years and i realized i couldnt afford to go back to school and i buried myself in student loans…im 20 now, i originally wanted to go to the air force when i was in high school. I heard that as long as you are on active duty then your student loans will be in deferment/ u wont be billed. Is this true? The recruiter was the one that bought it to my attention…So nobody wont make a smartass comment, thats not the only reason why im joining.

I’m pretty sure it’s deferrred interest and payment free only while deployed in the hazard zone and it’s not automatic, you need to apply for this too.
